2846. Supervision of Accounts

This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 2846 has been superseded by FINRA Rule 2355. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.

The provisions of Rule 2860(b)(20) shall apply to all customer accounts of a member in which transactions in index warrants, currency index warrants, or currency warrants are effected. The term "option" as used therein shall be deemed to include such warrants for purposes of this Rule.
