2843. Account Approval

This rule is no longer applicable. NASD Rule 2843 has been superseded by FINRA Rule 2352. Please consult the appropriate FINRA Rule.

No member or person associated with a member shall accept an order from a customer to purchase or sell an index warrant, currency index warrant, or currency warrant unless the customer's account has been approved for options trading pursuant to 2860(b)(16).
