1. What are some tips for printing PDF Reports?

To print reports in Portrait format:

  • Go to File and click on Page Setup.
  • In Orientation, choose Portrait.
  • For left and right margins, input maximum of 1"
  • For top and bottom margins, input maximum of 0.7".
     

To print reports in Landscape format:

  • Go to File and click on Page Setup.
  • In Orientation, choose Landscape.
  • For left and right margins, input maximum of 0.2".
  • For top and bottom margins, input maximum of 0.4".
     

2. Where can I see a list of the reports available to my organization through Reports?

Go to the Request Report screen in Web CRD by clicking Request a Report from the sitemap or by clicking the Reports tab. The Request Report page will display the name and description of all reports available to you as well as the number of days the report will be viewable on the View Reports page. 3. How does a firm retrieve its Renewal Reports?

To retrieve your Renewal Reports:

  1. Select the Reports tab on the CRD Sitemap
  2. Select View Reports
  3. Locate the renewal reports
  4. Select the report to view
     

4. What report provides detail about transactions in my Flex-Funding Account?

Your firm can request its Account detail for review and export in E-Bill. Please visit the E-Bill User Guide page for specific instructions. The “Accounting – Account Activity – Firms” Report is also still available in Web CRD.

5. How do I retrieve my firm's Fingerprint Reports?

Your firm's Fingerprint Reports can be retrieved online by entitled Reports users by accessing the reports tab and then selecting to view reports. The "Fingerprint – Snapshot Report" requires an additional “Fingerprint Reports” entitlement user privilege; please contact a CRD administrator or your firm’s SAA if you need access to this report.

6. Is it possible to request a custom report from FINRA?
